は
Form1_Loadで
pictureBox1.Image = new Bitmap(Screen.PrimaryScreen.WorkingArea.Width,
Screen.PrimaryScreen.WorkingArea.Height) ;
と、スクリーンの大きさで作成しています。(1024×738なんでしょうか？)
pictureBox1の大きさでつくりたい場合はここを変えないとダメです。
色も、pictureBox1のBackColorでpictureBox1.Imageを塗りつぶしたりしないとだめなんじゃないかなぁ。(微妙)
