C# と VB.NET の質問掲示板

これを実行すると{"アセンブリ 'report, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' の型 'report.Member' はシリアル化可能として設定されていません。"}とでるのですが、何が原因なのでしょうか？
